Virgin Atlantic provides three classes of travel:
Upper Class- Virgin's Business class passengers can relax in the fully flat convertible bed and enjoy the variety of hot and cold meals along with beverages, wines and spirits. Guests are provided with complimentary chauffeur drive.
Premium Economy Class- The Premium Economy seats are designed for extra leg space which adds to the comfort and luxury along with passengers receiving a separate check-in counter, priority boarding.
Economy Class- The economy class cabin comes with standard seats with ample legroom and access to personal inflight entertainment. Baggage Allowance
Passengers are allowed to carry hand baggage which can weigh up to 10 kgs for Economy and Premium guest and 12kgs for Upper-Class guests. Domestic Flights - Passengers can check-in 24 hrs to 1.5 hrs prior to the scheduled departure time.

Virgin Atlantic provides all passengers with hand-crafted meals for all classes. The airline provides separate onboard dining menu for three travel classes. All passengers travelling from the United Kingdom can opt for the renowned Master pâtissier Eric Lanlard Mile High Tea. All special meals are requested to be pre-booked 24 hours prior to departure. Guests onboard can be connected to the WiFi to browse and stay connected. Vera, the official magazine of Virgin Atlantic allows passengers to catch up on the month's destination picks, latest movies, music releases around the world. Virgin Atlantic's duty-free shopping passengers can indulge in shopping while onboard, guests can save up to 50% on all products. Flying Club is the flyer program that allows members to earn miles with every flight booking. Members unlock benefits, rewards and offers by earning points which also unlocks membership tiers. Virgin Atlantic's Flying Club members can also earn miles while booking train tickets, hotel stays and car rentals etc. Onboard support
Virgin Atlantic provides special assistance for guests with special needs, Infants, expectant mothers, unaccompanied minors and any pre-departure arrangements. Passengers in need of mobility support will be provided with wheelchair services during the flight. Refund and Cancellation
Passengers can cancel their booking either through Virgin Atlantic sales’ offices or website. All cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee.
