Sun Express provides only one travel class with 3 fare types;
Economy Class
SunEco - Sun Express provides customers with a generous baggage allowance with the privilege of access additional service can be booked separately along with wide and comfortable seats.
SunClassic - Sun Express provides the guest in Classic with 2 non-alcoholic beverages and a snack box. The baggage allowance has an extra allowance of 5kgs.
SunPremium - Sun Express has a generous additional baggage allowance of 10kg with a Premium Meal along with the choice of the seat with extra legroom along with 2 drinks.

Economy class passengers are allowed 8kg for carry-on and 15-40 kgs for checked-in luggage.

Sun Express Bonus is the flyer programme which allows members to earn bonus points such as 10+1 where the 11th flight can be free of charge. The programme which allows members having ease of editing booking detail and have a free flight which is redeemable within 3 years. Bonus points can be collected by booking upgrades, buying additional services and inviting friends and redeemed by availing window seat and additional baggage. Check-in

International Flights - Passengers can check-in 24 hrs 3 to 5 hrs prior to the scheduled departure time.
